The centre of our production

Ultra-filtration is a separating process, which gently divides the principal components of our raw material:

  • Proteins
  • Lactose 

While the components of lactose percolate through filters the protein stays behind.
Both intermediate goods are separately collected and immediately processed.
During this step of the process we are laying the foundation of the quality for the finished products.
A lot of experience and state-of-the-art equipment enable us to produce to the highest level.
